2006-05-29 Presentation of our new Robot Bruno at the Centralstation in Darmstadt


The Darmstadt Dribblers & Hajime Team will present their new, 55cm large, humanoid robots at RoboCup 2006. Being the fastest robots in their class on two legs, they are serious contenders for the championship. Both compete in the Humanoid Kid Size League (up to 60cm size).

He has been named after the former national team striker Bruno Labbadia who is born in Darmstadt and is the only striker who scored more than one hundred goals in each Bundesliga 1 and 2. Our robot Bruno's maximum reliable walking speed is more than 40cm/s. Bruno's jersey number is the same as Bruno Labbadia's: 9.
